Location is superb, amazingly beautiful building and design. Breakfast is delicious and fresh, coffee is very good, freshly prepared orange juice, just couldn't get enough, mouth watering. Staff very helpful. Transfer is high score, very comfortable, driver polite and helpful.

It is truly heartwarming to express the comfort and happiness one feels just by being in a place and meeting such wonderful people — to the extent that I cannot find the right words to fully describe such a feeling. What expresses it even more is that you don’t wish to leave this place or these amazing people in every sense of the word. Yes, it is the Sofia Balkan Hotel , with its exceptional staff who embody every meaning of kindness, warm hospitality, and respect — especially the lady with the beautiful and radiant smile, who truly exemplifies the spirit of hospitality: the Guest Relations Manager, Anastasiya Ushakova. I also want to highlight the hotel's ideal and peaceful location, as well as its cleanliness, organization, and utmost attention to detail. To the point that anyone who stays at this wonderful hotel, in all its aspects, would not want to leave. This outstanding hotel, with its excellent service and the professionalism of its staff — will certainly be my favorite hotel in the days to come.

The hotel is just at the height of Sofia, walking distance to all sites.. We were impressed by the hotel staff, great and helpful, very friendly and attentive. We were especially pleased by Anastasiya Ushakova, who spoke several languages and went extra miles every time we talked to her on our needs, since it was the first time in Sofia. We always got a right advice plus a good boost of a positive energy as a bonus.. The hotel pleasantly surprised with a gift of a bottle of wine & a cake for our celebration.. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, marked by a warm and friendly welcome at check-in and a heartfelt farewell at checkout. I would like to extend my gratitude to the Customer Service Manager, Alexandra, whose cheerful, helpful, and results-oriented approach made our stay memorable. Her excellent service truly stands out. The hotel's location is perfect, and the rooms are newly renovated. Due to we were traveling with my family(in other words 3 adult), we stayed in a junior suite, and my favorite feature was the bathroom. The floors are hard surfaces, which means they don't collect dust, a relief for someone like me with a dust allergy. I was pleased to stay in a room without carpet. In summary, with its excellent staff, prime location, and comfort, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
